Our service department is dedicated to providing each customer with the personal attention needed to assure complete care of each boat that is brought to us.  Attention to detail being our number one priority.

Be it a small fiberglass repair to a major refit, your boat will be handled as if it were our own.

Haulout Services

With a 60 ton travel lift we can haul boats up to 60' in length with a maximum beam of 18'. We offer short hauls for inspection, prop changes, zinc replacement plus much more. Should you need to transport your boat by land, we can easily load or unload it from a trailer.

Rack/Dry Storage

Keep your boat clean and safe on land with our state of the art 20,000LB Wiggins Marina Bull with its 30' positive lift and 10' negative drop. Muscle boats up to 40' are our specialty.

General Maintenance

General maintenance of a boat is critical to its longevity. We offer several different packages of detailing from a simple washing to complete detailing including steam cleaning of carpets and window washing!

Our canvas specialist can make minor repairs to existing canvas or fabricate new enclosures.

Petersen's on premise fiberglass department can handle minor fiberglass work as well as gelcoats repairs.

Our detailed lettering specialist can design and letter any boat!

Mechanical

Petersen's technicians are qualified to work on gasoline and diesel engines. We are a Volvo Penta gasoline engine dealer as well as a Yanmar and Westerbeke dealer. I/O's, electronics installations, repowers, winterization and shrink-wrap are just a few of our specialties.

Complete rigging services are handled by our expert staff. We can step and unstep masts up to 100 ft. Travel up river becomes a breeze when we unstep your mast and leave on deck. Full rig inspections as well as minor swaging all can be done on site.

Transient Dockage

Transient slips are available as well as deep water moorings with mooring mushrooms ranging from 400lbs. to 1200lbs. Rent by night, week, or month.
